By the way.., I got some question about the manner vs ability. Maybe
it sounds like this point is not involved but still for me, it is
matter to come close to the topic, I guess. I totally understand
what you're saying, in my head, as I told you, and I wish I could
live like that too. But you know it is very hard to control myself
and others. Anyway.., the situation in the question is., Quess,
you are a director, and you have to control bigger whole things.
and there are so many people working for you. they have their own
ideas and wishes, sometimes opposite from you. and here comes the
manner. manner that we're trying to define is the process of trying.
But sometimes listening other people's voices makes you confused
and can't make my own voice. (Even thought the director doesn't
need to do all the others want.) But., ability of director is not
only making working together, and finding and using the others ability,
BUT ALSO., you have to stand up no matter other people say, you
have to protect yourself from others and that is some ways of protecting
the others. In this kind of situation, I believe that there can
be seemed you have to kill the manner to make the ability works.
Same situation in the office sometimes., if you are a director
of a team and everybody has his own opinion but you have to listen
to him but you have to ignore him for all and for you..
Maybe these kinds of situation, what can you do except killing
the manner, seems? There are so many these kinds of situations
in the real... maybe that is why people are suffering between
manner and ability, I guess. Get back to you, pal. you know that
I'm not convincing you to kill manners for better abilities but..
it's hard. OK.., it was hard so I chose easy one, following ability.
Then..., now.., what can we do for the manner? how can we do for
the manner? maybe these can be the real question after all. Talk
